Hello, I am Miloš Cvetković – Cvele, an MMA coach and former professional MMA fighter.
I have spent many years in combat sports, first as a competitor and then increasingly as a coach. In my professional MMA career I went 4–1, with every win coming by finish.
Before turning professional I compiled an amateur MMA record of 11–1. I was a two-time national MMA champion, and I built further competitive experience on the grappling circuit.
Throughout my career as a fighter and a coach I had the chance to learn from two men who matter a great deal to Serbian MMA. The first is Jovan Manoilović – Kameni, one of the pioneers of the sport in Serbia and someone who shaped how it grew here. Later I developed my knowledge and my coaching approach alongside Nemanja Milošević, one of the most respected MMA coaches in Serbia and the region.
Working with them shaped how I understand MMA, both from the fighter side and the coach side, and helped me build the system I use with my own fighters today.
I competed on the domestic and international MMA scene, which let me carry what I learned as a competitor straight into my coaching.
For eight years now I have worked as a coach, running group and individual sessions for everyone from people stepping onto the mat for the first time to professional MMA competitors.
Today I am the head coach of the Belgrade BJJ / MMA section of Car Dušan Silni – CDS Novi Sad. Sessions are held at Mega Gym Central, Viline Vode 47. I develop competitors through MMA, boxing, wrestling and grappling, and also working with recreational athletes who want to learn martial arts, improve their conditioning and train in a serious, structured environment.
One of the fighters I work with is Borislav Nikolić, a UFC fighter, alongside whom I have gone through much of his professional path and his preparation for the highest level of world MMA.
My own experience as a competitor lets me approach coaching from the perspective of someone who has been through the camps, the weight cuts, the pressure before a fight, the wins and the losses.
That is why my approach is not only about teaching technique. My goal is to help every fighter build a complete fighting system suited to their physical ability, their character and their style.
Alongside my work with professionals, I run group and individual MMA sessions for experienced fighters and for people taking their first steps in combat sports.
